Thinking in getting the best performance possible from your 660?? Here's your stuff!

Oil radiator kit created by Gabro! It can lower the oil temperature from peaks of 150°C – 160°C on hot days to 110°C – 120°C max. The cooling system without the heat load of the oil heat exchanger works better: the water temperature never exceeds 90°C even when the radiator is fully functional as standard.

Oil life, engine life and reliability improve massively. The oil system absorbs an additional 400cc of oil when this radiator is fitted (from 2.3L to 2.7L total).
The life of the pistons depends mainly on the cooling coming from the oil jets below, a cooler oil also works better in the bearing shells. Cams and cups will also no longer show signs of overheating.
Performance wise: as the ECU limits power once the coolant exceeds 100°C by downgrading the ignition advance, you have better horsepower when the coolant runs at around 85°C – 88°C.
The OEM Tuareg 660 oil filter is used. The oil filter plate is also prepared for the optional installation of a temperature/pressure sensor.
All the hardware needed for a complete installation is included, also coolant thermostat delete plate and hose harness protectors. The hoses are also a premium product, made by the same Italian company that supplies Ducati and MV OEMs.
This GRT oil cooler kit can be installed basically with any exhaust (this because both pipe connections are positioned on the left side of the radiator). The SC Project exhaust, the Akrapovic, Leovince and the original exhaust fit perfectly, the Spark exhaust unfortunately beats the Tuareg oil filter.

Please note: it's sold with thermostat delete, which means you need to regulate the minimum coolant temperature by taping the radiator. To avoid this, you can fit the 82°C thermostat valve (available here:

THERMOSTAT 82°C APRILIA RS 660 - TUONO 660 - TUAREG 660 – www.mbspecialparts.co.uk ).

You'll need to fit a bypass hose to the cooling system (you won't need the 13mm silicone plugs). You will have a coolant temperature of 80°-85°C.
