Tired of alarms beeping on your dash due to vibrations?? Here's the solution!
Very sensitive to vibrations, the Continental IMU (gyroscope) can trigger an alarm when ridded hard, especially on track. A red alarm appears on the dash: “Alarm Service ATC disabled” bike’s ECU diag record it as “P1911 sensor box failure”. It could also happen when hit a curb on track as well, no just by vibrations.
On board videos show this alarm coming up.
When the error shows-up, bike electronics aids get mutilated by the gyroscope infos, ECU sets itself in “safe mode” and limit bike performances. Only key-off/key-on can reset the alarm and restore bike correct working status. Until next error occurrence comes!
Developed by Gabro Racing Team in 2 years racing activity. It reduces massively the issue.
